AW: dress

I didn't buy it. Its $99 at DB. I went there like 30 minutes before it closed so I was the last person to leave and just didn't have time to decide tonight. I can go buy it in the morning cause I was pretty much the last customer to leave. My concerns- Is it a good silhouette? I think my waist might be a little thick for it. I like it. It needs to be altered to fit better up in the chest, which will length your torso and help make room for the waist to look better.

Well how do you feel in it? are you unsure? b/c if thats the case, don't buy it just because it's 99 dollars.It's cute from the side and I definately don't think your waist looks thick, but that style tends to make even the thinnest person look hippy.

If you're concerned about the middle, wear spanx. M is build like you, little hips, skinny legs and a bit of a tummy. The baby is a year old and she's working on it!

The alteration lady said that it couldn't be taken it at the bust, but the waist needed to be taken in, thus I was a little confused.

i think it looks great. they took my dress up in every way possible. i had no idea about alterations.but it makes a HUGE difference.

I really like it.I don't believe that it can't be taken in either. I don't know much about sewing etc, but the top of my dress was very similar to that and it was taken it with no problem.

It's a gorgeous dress but I am concerned it makes you look a bit hippy.If you're uncertain at all don't buy it. I wish I had bought another dress.

It's pretty on you, after the alterations it will look even better...go for it.BTW, where is everyone getting those bride icons (booty bride, redneck bride ) I love it, I want one!!! LOL
