This is a FU to the Kitty Halp post below--I told Brie I'd post pictures of Lewis (kitty found on the golf course I work at--that I made FI pick up and take home even though we are both allergic). Way too cute. FI and I have been dying to find a kitty in need of a home, we cant justify going out and buying one on our own. We have 7 animals already. -=)

Aw, he looks like my Coco. So cute! I think the allergies can be managed with the right meds - try to convince your FI to try it out for a while.

My dad has agreed to take him home after visiting on Monday--which doesn't offer a large window to test-run having a cat. I'm just really a cat person--my allergies are something that manifested after not having a cat for a few years. And now we have a dog--but I love love love kitties. And ricks, his ears are almost too big for his head--which makes him a winner.

Lewis is the reason they made allergy pills.  Get some for you and FI and see how things work out.If they don't, I'm sure you can find a friend, co-worker or family member willing to take him in.Congrats on building up your good karma.
