  • 1.  Get a job that makes me happy2.  Pay down a bunch of student loan debt3.  Run a half marathon (if not a full)4.  Have a kid or at least start trying for one5.  Move back to Chicago and buy a house.

  • 1. Survive the whole wedding planning/wedding business2. Get stationed overseas3. Decide whether or not we want to have a kid4. Get knocked up or continue to not get knocked up dependent on above decision.5. I don't really have much else going on.

  • Here are mine in probably order of them happening:1) Go on an exotic vacation.2) Pay off our student loans and my hospital debt.3) Find fabulous jobs in the Boston area (move) to be closer to all our friends and family.4) Buy house in said area5) TTC :)

  • 1.  Get a job, preferably one that I can stay in for awhile, but at this point, almost anything will do.2.  Get married3.  Find and get settled in our new home4. Travel - we want to go lots of places: Europe, Mexico again, I'd love to see Tokyo and India, the parts of the US I haven't seen... I doubt we will get to all of this in 5 years, but I'd like to start!5.  Start having children (but that's at the tail end of the 5 years!)

  • 1) buy a house2) have a kid3) go to Australia for Dh's 40th b-day present4) figure out what I want to do in life career wise5) have more meaningful relationships with the people around me (friends, neighbors, extended family)
  • 1 - Finish my PhD2 - Travel/live abroad for a couple of years (I have job prospects in Switzerland and Australia)3 - Maybe start thinking about TTC once we get back to the US?4 - Lose about 15 lb. and keep them off5 - After getting back to the US, land a position as a professor.
  • 1.  Support DH in finding a career that he's happy and fulfilled with.  If that involves moving, so be it.2.  Have baby #1.  Baby #2 will probably need to be postponed longer than 5 years.3.  Pay a huge chunk of DH's student loans off.  It's our only debt (besides my car), and I hate having it there.4.  Buy a "new to us" home or (preferably) build a home. 5.  Save according to the budget DH and I have set.  If we can be successful saving that number, we'll have our financial situation set up well for that home, baby, and student loans discussed in #2, #3, #4.
