I was and right now I've got chicken tortilla soup in the crock pot and a caramel apple pie in the oven.

Mac n cheese sounds fabulous. With melted cheese on top. I'm on a diet so I'll continue to just think about it.

I'm making bruschetta on french bread slices for dinner, maybe we'll have some leftover porkchops later too.I might have some mac and cheese later in the week, I've got a bunch of random cheeses to eat up (swiss, mozzarella, cheddar, guyere, and smoked gouda).
