Do you tip the person who makes your wedding cake?

Nope. But DH did tip the delivery people 20.00 each.

She owns her own bakery

We did.  She spent well over an hour with the florist and DOC arranging the table with flowers.Otherwise, I would just tip the delivery person

I think I would tip her, a lot goes into making a cake, and especially if you are pleased with her work...I would tip after you see the cake.  Maybe send her a thank you card with a gift card?

Well, traditionally, if she owns her own shop, then you wouldn't tip her because she is the proprietor. If you are really thrilled with an extra effort she put in, then you can, though.
