Are the apps free? Which are your faves?I know NOTHING about BBs, and to be honest, I don't think I have a friend with one either...Sorry to be a post whoore.

As far as I know, most apps you have to pay for (one-time fee, I think).  I don't use any simply because I don't want to pay for somthing that I probably don't need. I could be wrong, though.

some of the apps are free. some aren't.i have a few games on my bb.. a calorie counter, the weather network and the air canada app.other than that i am not a big app person.to be honest if i was i'd buy an Iphone.i love my bb.. it's my absolute favourite phone i've ever had.

Some apps are free, some are not. Most of the major websites (Weather Channel, ESPN, Google) have free apps- so those are the ones I have. Google also includes Google Talk and Maps. It's also really easy to bookmark websites on the browser, even though it's not an official "app" (like The Knot).Frankly, I'm not crazy about having a million apps clouding up my screen. To me, that is just confusing, so I have as few as possible.

All mine are free. I have apps for google/google maps/google reader, twitter, facebook, amazon, remember the milk, and I think one or two more? I do envy that iPods have so many apps, but it might just get confusing.
