Whit, my poodle skirt was pretty cheap and it's good quality, not that crappy nylon stuff they use most of the time. Then I just use a white sweater that I have and little conserve shoes or white slip-ons. It's really easy.

Whit, this is the one I got, but not in plus size. I can't find the regular size on their site. I got it from the Spirit Store. I also got a pink hankie type thing and I tie it in my hair. Bel, you're freaking adorable.If I can pull it off, I'm thinking about doing a temporary black rinse on my hair, spiking it, and going as Alice Cullen. I was joking with FI that he could go as Edward since he's ridiculously pale (I'm talking translucent here). Too bad he hates all things Twilight.

Oh man... I'm trying to think of what FI would do if I suggested he wear glitter on Halloween. The guy can go ice climbing and sky diving, but he's legitimately terrified of glitter. He believes that you'll never be rid of it, and it freaks him out. I used to think he was kidding, but he's not.Since it'll be night, he might be able to get away sans sparkles

I bought the sweater, tie and wand from Alivan's. The shirt, skirt, tights and shoes were all part of my normal wardrobe. FI says he's getting me my robes as a birthday present. I also have black and gold scrubs I wear with a Hufflepuff house patch. The kids get a kick out of it.Hold on with the photo. I don't think I have one. FI made the cake topper. He has a full Vader suit, complete with voice changer and lights. See bio for example.

Well we're not exactly dressing up to go out anywhere but FI's family throws a halloween party for the kiddies every year and this is the first year that I'm going. Its gonna be awesome because they have this HUGE old barn that they have been cleaning out to turn into a haunted house for the kids. Its 3 stories and FI and I are in charge of the second floor. We're doing a killer clown theme that ties into a creepy toy theme. There are already all these really old toys like from the 50's and 60's just laying around. It looks soo creepy already. So I guess we'll be killer clowns, I'm not sure what our skit will be though. The kids will be walked through the barn by an adult and the rest of the adults will have their own little parts to play to scare the kids. Then there will be chilli and soup and other goodies afterwards. Hopefully we can get some pics to post.
