Bridal Shower Locations

It's that time of year where you need to start booking locations for bridal showers. My mom will be throwing my shower and she being the ever so eager mom asked me about locations yesterday. Any one have any suggestions for locations?

    what part of NYC are looking to have the bridal shower?  I know some nice places in Brooklyn...

    Orsay on the upper east side has a nice private room upstairs I am thinking of using. The resto is French and a bit $$$ though.

    I currently live in New Jersey  (but I just moved less than a year ago). All my friends and family are in Manhattan. Brooklyn is fine as long as it isn't too far from Manhattan, thanks ladies.
