Send another Thank You card?

I can't seem to find an answer online so hopefully someone can help. Maybe it's such a silly question, no one needs to ask. We sent Thank You cards to all our wedding guests (gift or no gift). Recently we received a gift from one of the original non-gifters. Do we need to send another card? Thanks all!!!

Yes.  Before you thanked them for coming to your wedding.  Now you need to thank them for the gift.

Let me add this. The gift was sent only 2 weeks after sending the original Thank You.

Doesn't matter, you still need to thank them for the gift.

But you didn't originally thank them for sending a gift, so now you need to do this, and promptly.They will be glad to know you received the gift.

Ditto all the others. Your reception was technically your thank you to all of your guests anyways, so you really double-thanked them for that.

Yup. And you might get more presents. Which is why a lot of people only send TYs for gifts recieved.

ditto...You need to send another one.  People have up to a year after your wedding to send a gift...
