Wedding cake help!!

Hi,

I am trying to find someone in NYC who can bake a wedding cake using a traditional English/Australian fruit cake recipe - no one seems to be able to do this!  I have included a picture.

If you know of a bakery that might do this or one that is good that I could ask please let me know!
