Vogt and andress--I will be in Omaha by my lonesome probably the first week in November at some point.  We should do a g2g.  It's all tentative yet but would anyone be interested?And Night and Vogt--first week is going well.  It's a little slow while I'm still learning--I'm knotting because when my boss is gone, I don't really know what to do next.  I think I will like it though--I'm doing some cool social media stuff like Twitter and blogging and, as mentioned, planning a super awesome Nebraska tour.

I'm down if I can make it!  I grew up and my family is still in Omaha but I have since moved 2 hours away so I'm only in the area when I come "home" to visit.  Are you thinking during the week or on a weekend?

Is andress not in Omaha?  I thought she was for some reason.  Hmm.Yeah, it's good, everyone's super nice and I love being in higher ed.  And we do yoga together on Wednesdays!

It's such an easy trip and I am able to come home frequently so just let me know!  My parents mentioned coming up to visit us the first weekend of Nov though so I'll have to see if that is still a go.

It'll be during the week--my plan is to do some stuff in Lincoln, drive down to Omaha and stay overnight, then work there the next day and drive home.  So I'd think probably dinner would be best?  But I'll hopefully know more early next week and keep you posted.

Ok.  I'll have to check my work load.  Your Omaha trip landed on the worst week for me because we are moving our office that week too and I work in a 2 person office.  He probably wouldn't like it much if I bailed out of moving hah!  I will do my best though

I'm liking this job more and more for you, Brie :)Also, I actually live closer to Lincoln, so if Andress can't make it and it's easier for us to eat in Lincoln, that's an option. (I work in Omaha though, so either is fine with me).I'm off for the day. Continue plotting away ladies! I'm so excited

I think so, andress.  My area, so to speak, is MO, NE, IA, and KS.  So I will be driving around those four states a whole lot!  I'll keep you posted.

Brie, I have a travel tip from my mom's years of traveling around South Dakota.  Always bring your own pillow.  It will make your life better.
