RSVP wording with menu option help needed!

Hey everyone, I really need some help with these RSVP cards. I am allowing my guests to select an entree and need to know which entree each specific guests wants as it is a plated dinner with select seating. What is the best way to say this, and to minimize the amount of wording since hte cards are pretty small? Also i read some where that when inviting a family who has grown children, each child should receive their own invitation... is that true?? If so I guess that will take care of the space issues Thanks in advance!!!

Yes, children over the age of 18, regardless of where they're living, gets their own invitation. As far as the RSVP, list your menu selections with a blank space next to them. Then, above the list say "Place guests' intials next to their meal choices." or something similar.

I would do it a bit of different format than VOgt.  I would list the guests name (s) down and then the entree choices across:                   fish         chicken      beef guest 1   guest 2guest 3 etcThis would solve the "what if two poeple want beef"Also I would list the actual guests names not guest 1, 2

Wow Sqrrly that is awesome!! btw LOVE the names Did you do those yourself and print them yourself??? If so how long did it take you to do that?

Yep, did them myself in Publisher, but I created a version of it in Word for somebody else who wanted to use the design.  I haven't printed all of ours yet, so I'm not sure how long it will take, but I suspect it won't be the speediest project ever.  The template fits 5 to a page, though & when they're cut out, they fit in standard envelopes (A4, I think).  If you want the template, in publisher or word, it's in my bio under "Templates."
