There was a shooting in my studio building. In front of two of my professors. I don't even know what do to right now. They won't release any names of anyone else who got hurt, but the shooter killed himself. These teachers are my family. Please pray that they are okay.

They haven't confirmed anything yet, the news and helicopters are surrounding the building but they haven't released anything. I'm across campus at work, but several of my friends were on the same floor and heard the shot. They were rushed out, and haven't heard anything. I will keep everyone updated. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

It doesn't seem as though anyone else was targeted. "PHOENIX -- Emergency crews and law-enforcement officials are at the college of design building at Arizona State University in response to a shooting call, according to a dispatcher with the Phoenix Fire Department. According to reports from the scene, the shooting call is in reference to a suicide that occurred about 11:40 a.m. Apparently, a graduate student was talking to a professor, pulled out a gun and killed himself. There were no other injuries reported. Authorities have the gun in their custody."
