Fuuck if I know.  This day has sucked.Also, I was going to page you re: aMrs' thread this morning.  The low impact "fat burning zone" is the biggest made up fitness piece of crap ever.  Working out as hard as you can burns the most fat, not low impact exercise.  Google "fat burning zone myth" and there's a million articles out there.

I'm thinking sloppy joes or sloppy joe casserole. I want something warm and filling. The temp isn't super cold, but its wet and raw.I'm sure Denver's weather is on its way; at least temperature-wise!And THEN comes the Halloween candy!  I bought 6 bags last night - two large to hand out, one large for the office, a bag of Dots for DH, a small bag of caramels (thanks sarabellam!) and a small bag of mini Pez - for us.lil Stack's gonna be a cute spider!

Dinner tonight is awesome.  I'm meeting my girlfriends at a parlor-style coffee house for some chit chat.  This place has the BEST sandwiches and soups, so I'm holding off till then to eat.   Mr Eastunder is out of town till Monday so I don't have to worry about him either. They have great cake too.  Can't wait.

I have no groceries and I'm going out of town this weekend, so I'm not buying any.  Probably chicken wings.  That's FI's default plan when we don't have any food in the house.

I've got a pork tenderloin marinating in a chipotle marinade and I'm doing it with basic roasted red-skinned potatoes and some 'sparagus. And I'll probably make a quick jus for the pork. Yummy.

Semi-thread jack because laurenclaire made me think of this:When you guys eat wings, is it always as a separate meal?I ask because I'm from Buffalo, and we always eat wings and pizza together. No pizza, no wings, and vice verse. Unless you're having wings as an app at a bar. And they always come in dozens.

If we go out for wings, we get wings & skins only and if we're ordering in pizza, we usually get a side of wings to go with it.

I don't understand wings. They are so much work for so little meat. I'm lazy, though.Brie, this used to be my thought exactly, and I still feel like it's a lot of work, but I love me some wings with my beer. Actually I just like wing sauce, now that I think about it, so I might get a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich intead, which is a whole breast. Less work on my part.

Brie - that's great to know that it's all a myth.  Since my days there I've actually gotten much better at running and free weights in the gym.  I used to be so intimidated by the big guys.  Cew - Lil Stack just turned 2 on the 12th of October.Mr Stack LOVES wings.  We usually just do wings and beer, but sometimes we do wings and pizza.  Just depends on where we are ordering from.
