We were allowed to wear jeans to work so I did. I also wore a short bob-type wig that's really kick-_ss... It's a real one so everyone thinks I got my hair cut. I just may have to! What are your plans this weekend? I am going to DB tomorrow and then dressing up and going out. I'm being a french maid. Original I know but I haven't worn it in 3 years so it's ok.

Happy Friday. Today is going to be a good day. It's Friday, it's payday, and my jeans are feeling a bit loose which is awesome since I've been feeling a bit lard-ish lately. Going to a WFU football game tomorrow afternoon and then Trick or Treating with the little guy tomorrow evening. We may take a drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway on Sunday to see the leaves, but I think most of them have fallen. Oh and date night tonight!

The only thing that is p!ssing me off about being laid off 2 weeks before Halloween is not being able to dress up at work. That was my favorite thing to do, and I started doing it 8 years ago. Oh well.

I'm going to a wedding tomorrow.  Part of me wants to skip it because I have a lot of homework to do, but I know it's bad to just not show up to a wedding.  So I'll probably go.

My son will be 12 in December so he dressed as a "gangster" I guess... He wore sunglasses, fedora and big chain necklace. He walked around with about 10 other kids and I'm sure they terrorized the neighborhood. I'm so proud, our trick-or-treat was last night.

Two halloween parties today - one for work and one at our friend's house.  Tomorrow going to MVA to change my name and Sunday getting groceries and cleaning the apartment

Today at work we have the children of faculty and staff coming in to trick-or-treat to our offices.  I'm excited.  Tonight we're going out to dinner.Tomorrow I'll probably grocery shop and hand out candy since we have a shitton of kids in our neighborhood.  Sunday morning I'm running an 8K.

Oh! And Saturday watching Ghost Hunters Live in the evening because the new cast of Ghost Hunters Academy is going to be on it, so I get to see my friend on TV for 8 hours

I dressed up as a last minute decision, and no one has guessed my "theme" costume without my hints (ie, I'm not a person, but a theme/idea/etc). DH is still home sick, and I have a taping for an XM radio program tonight at 6 pm (boo working late on Friday) - but I'll probably do it at home. Carving fake pumpkins tomorrow - contemplating getting a real one too to bake seeds. Handing out candy in the evening. Sunday is probably errands and maybe doing some registry completion with the gift cards we got at the wedding.
