    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Hi and congrats!Also, unrelated, I take back all the bad stuff I said about halloween weddings. Although I'm still sad we werent' "allowed" to dress up for BIL's wedding, we had a blast and none of my friends even ended up going out. Plus the free booze and candy buffet :) I'm gonna go ahead and assume yours was better, but anyway yay weddings!

    Thanks! There were a few hiccups. Men should NEVER be left to bus logistics. FFS. And no one got programs. I told FI that if he ever said another word about me being a control freak again he'd be punched square in the face. OBVIOUSLY someone has to be in control, and it shouldn't be him! Everything I could control was perfect. 'nuff said. There are tons of pics on facebook, if anyone wants to friend me and see. I'll put them in my profile soon I promise!

It really was an amazing day. from 2pm until 2am we rocked it HARD! The trick-or-treating to Ben & Jerry's and the after party were my favorite parts, after of course the AMAZING ceremony. I have married the greatest man on earth. His vows to me and to my girls were the stuff of dreams. I'm so happy to finally be Mrs. W!

    And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now.
