It unfortunately did not have fanny ruffles, but it did have a yellow and black crinny so I felt a little like I was wearing a tutu. The thing was so damn short that I wore my Bikram shorts underneath it so I could sit down.

I saw a bee at Dave & Buster's the other night that literally wore black lace panties, a tutu that went straight out parallel to the ground, and a yellow and black corset. And she probably had about 30 pounds on me, and I'm not thin. Gotta love that she has confidence, but it was NOT appropriate in public.
