hi ladies!

FI called me last night, and one of his college roommates just got engaged- wedding will be this September in the Hamptons!

i wasn't planning on doing a rental car, since we'll spend the week in NYC and then just come out to the wedding on the weekend. what would you rec for transportation options? does the subway run or express bus?

    There are trains to the Hamptons from Penn Station but the Hampton Jittney (bus) is much nicer.  It's about 2 hours from NYC.

    You may want to rent a car, depending on where in the Hamptons it is.

    Totally take the Jitney... the traffic in the summer is ridiculous and it's nice to leave the traffic frustration in the driver's hand.
