I posted a while ago about my hair falling out. Lots. But I've tried to ignore it, and just chalked it up to stress. Recently, I've been running a fever. For the past two months, every time I have taken my temperature--I have had a low grade fever. Last month when I went in for a checkup with my Rhuematologist, I had a temp of 100.2. Not super high, but there. Seems like a normal temp for me anymore is high 99's, low 100's. But I never feel sick, per say. I went to my general doctor to ask him about it today. I haven't seen him since my last checkup for my auto immune disease--and I was really convinced this fever/hair loss crap was unrelated. But, he got this concerned look--and told me he was calling my Rhuem doc asap--and I needed to go see him right away. So, I have an appointment with the Rhuem tomorrow morning....and I'm worried that I'll be getting some bad news. Please cheer me up--puppies and rainbows and crap.

Cew, all I needed to see was your tampon gown--and I feel better already. I think I was feeling fine about it all until I talked to my sister--who just finished nursing school. She was mentioning all the things she thought could be wrong with me...and a lot of them ended in "dead." Now, the waiting = torture.

Rach, you've done all you can do right now - you've set your appointment, and it's tomorrow (I'm impressed at the fast work!). Take a deep breath, try your best to relax, and we'll all think good thoughts your way.  Maybe he just wants to make sure your rheumatologist is up to date on these new symptoms.((good thought vibes)) and keep us updated.

Sacha--not only are you hot, but your dogs are hot, and so is the room (bedroom?) they are in. The singing dog really helped though; tell him I said thanks. Night--sing to me. Missy--The speed for the appointment scared me too. I didn't make the appt, my doctor today made it. It normally takes weeks to get in to seem him...but, I get in tomorrow? damn. Les--<3 Squirrllyyy---can we both be miserable together?

Thank you! I do think I have the cutest dogs on the planet. That pic was taken in our wedding suite. Beefy is the singer. Beefy is my man...I am madly in love with him. He is the cutest little fat boy who loves his mommy more than life.

Since its an early morning appointment, I wouldn't read too much into it. But, again, you're not calling because you have the sniffles, or because it's a simple checkup. You've got a real need to be seen. And, you'll know sooner.  Look at it that way ;)PS - I'm super slow with the funny, and our computer crashed so all my pics were wiped when we rebuilt the thing. But let's see...
