    If Friday is an option - and I'd pick the 7PM slot so your local guests don't have to take time off work and your OOT guests can take only one day off and travel in the morning - why are you even considering Monday morning? That's just such an akward and inconvenient time for most people... Pick Friday and then your OOT guests can stay until Sunday. You can still spend time with them during the weekend - host a BBQ on Saturday, for example. Seriously, why are you even considering Monday?

    A monday wedding would mean they would attend your event and then have to drive home for work the next day.  That would be annoying since they had the whole weekend before to do youer wedding stuff.  I would go for a friday wedding if you are set on having it on a weekday.
