Bridal Shower and Bachlorette Party

Ok so we are not having a big wedding mostly close family and friends. I was wondering if it was ok to invite guest to the Bridal/Bachlorette party if they are not invited to the Wedding? They are my friends but we are on a budget. Please help me decide! Or give me ideas.

Absolutely not.The bachelorette party I have seen done just because people chose to tag along for a night out, but your bms should not be 'inviting' them.  For the shower, what would be the point? More gifts?

Not okay.You are choosing to have a small wedding.  Along with that decision comes the choice that you will have a smaller shower and b-party.

People that are not invited to the wedding do not get invited to any pre-wedding parties (showers, b-parties, etc.) However, this doesn't mean you can't arrange a girl's night out for some fun. Plan it for at least a few weeks before the wedding, don't call t a bachelorette party, don't get any penis crap (it's gross anyway), and just have a fun night out.
