I missed you girls

I'm sure I wasn't really missed because I don't post too much, but I was in the hospital this past week.  I had a pain in my side.  They checked everything from my appendix to my ovaries, couldn't find anything wrong.  Now the pain moved to my back so they are thinking it's a kidney stone.  I'm back at work and I couldn't wait to get back on here.    Hope all is well with everyone. How is everyone today?

Ugh, kidney stones are the worst!! Weird that that wouldn't have looked at that in the hospital. Anyway, glad you're back; hope you feel better soon!

Thanks everyone! I have to go for an ultrasound on my kidney, and a catscan on my spine because the pain is really severe in my back right now!  I have a pain patch on my back and I totally smell like a big bottle of ben gay, so maybe people will at least leave me alone!  I probably should have stayed home today but I'm here so at least I can knot!

Feel better!  I've had kidney infections before and anything in that region just SUCKS.

Yea, I'm still in a lot of pain.  I did get some nice meds to keep me happy, but unfortunately I'm at work so I just have to deal with this smelly patch on my back.

Nice!  then you guys would LOVE me today.  Everyone here in my office is like "what's that smell?"  Some idiot walked by and said, "Ew, it smells like old lady in here"  Who says that??  A hole! I could use some hugs today!

I have had kidney stones before and they are no joke.  Are you allergic to iodine?  Usually they give me a shot of iodine and x-ray my kidneys to see the stones.  It's weird because it's hot in your blood vessels so you feel it moving around until it disperses.Blech!Drink lots of water because if they are stones, you will want to try to prevent them.  However, if your dad (or someone else) had them, then it may be genetic.  That's my situation.  Good luck and stay hydrated!
