Looking for Caterer Reviews

I am interested in creating a  multi-cultural fusion menu for my wedding and I have been talking to Spoonbread, Raging Skillet, and Tastings who all specialize in fusion cuisine.  I really can't seem to find any solid reviews about these caterers though.  I would love to hear your reviews, especially if you have used them as your wedding caterer!

Raging Skillet & Chef Rossi are amazing, and that's right up her alley!  They've been in a business for a while, and have impeccable communication, organiation, and social skills!  The food is delicious, fresh, and doesn't taste like "typical" wedding food (ie:  no guest will ever realize it's a caterer working out of a small closet vs. a full sized kitchen.)

Spoonbread - have to be honest (and the reviews on here will show): the food is great (for Southern Hospitality Cooking) but their service and communication is horrendous.

Haven't heard about Tastings, so I can't give advice on that.

Aaah, I know what you mean about Spoonbread.  Their communication is terrible and they are not creative at all.  They seem to have a set menu that they want to stick to. When I asked if they could change things up to make it more of a fusion menu, they wanted me to create the menu and bring in recipes for them.  Isn't that what the caterer is supposed to do?

I wish I could use Chef Rossi but her rates are out of our budget.  I have heard nothing but great things about her!
