I had a terrible experience with just trying to work with her to set up my trial.  I hadn't heard anything back from her the evening before my trial was supposed to take place to confirm what time she would be there.  I finally emailed her back that not hearing back from her to confirm the trial made me nervous as to whether this would happen on my wedding day.  This was her response back to me:

Hi amanda,

I'm pretty sure I sent you a confirmation email for tomorrow. However I am busy with weddings thursday through Sunday every single weekend. So emails tend to be done later in the evening on those days. That being said, you must do what you're comfortable with. I certainly can't apologize for being busy!!!

I found this to be extrememly unprofessional and rude.  I'm glad that I saw this side of her before I booked her.
