    Trattoria L'Incontro is in Astoria and is really yummy - only problem is their party room is sort of small (we had looked at it for our rehearsal dinner and it was too small for our 40 guests), so I'm not sure what size shower you are thinking of?

    I had my shower at Verdi's in Whitestone.  Not one of the places you are looking at but if you are interested in coming to Whitestone, it was a good place. 

    Also, I know you didn't say Bayside, but i've just booked my daughter's christening at Primo Amore on Francis Lewis Blvd and they have good deals.  We love their food, too.  Also, Donovans right off of Bell Blvd has great food and a really nice party room.

    I had my engagement party at Vetros in Howard Beach. It was great. In Forest Hills there is My Kitchen and Dees on Metropolitan Ave.
