  • CD, I use my big LC pots on my glasstop easily. I have a 9 qt that I'll fill with sauce or soup and move it around with no problems. I usually lift it a bit, but not enough to actually lift it up, if that makes sense.
  • Thanks missy. I'd love to learn to make homemade rolls, just need a good recipe. That makes me sad about no veggies w/your pot roast... I have definitely come to appreciate onion powder, celery salt, you name it if it's powdered or paste, since I met H. He's usually good about just picking out the veggies though, as long as they're in big enough chunks.Sometimes raw egg is ok. I believe it's a necessity for a true, from-scratch Caesar salad.

  • Bit late but whatever.1. Yes, I most definitely can cook.2. I went to culinary school in Toronto after high school and followed it up with Pastry Arts.
