I'm printing 100. Between family, wedding party, out of town guests and parents' guests, it's about 70 separate STD's. Magnet Street can do 75 or 100, I figured 100 would be safe just in case.
I definitely plan to hand write the recipients' address, but writing mine 70x? oof....

We used labels for the return addresses on our save-the-dates. They're less formal, so I think it's fine, although I wouldn't use labels for the formal invitations.
I think return address labels are fine for STDs. I'd use a sticker return address for a birthday card or pretty much any other piece of mail; and STDs aren't special in my mind, so they got treated the same.
