invitation wording/experience with weddingclipart.com templates

I am in love with a template on weddingclipart.com, but before I commit to it, I have one issue with it.  The template includes "together with their parents" however neither FI or my parents will be contributing financially to the wedding, which to my understanding is what this statement is meant to imply.  I don't know if this can be edited out, so my question is do I go with this template because it's something I love even if it includes the wording or do I keep looking for something else?
I married my best friend on July 8, 2011

  • If you don't like the wording then continue looking for something else.

Our parents aren't contributing any money to our wedding but we are putting 'Together with our parents' on the invites anyways because we are close to our parents and are still son/daughter to 2 people and think it's appropriate.

  • Wedding clipart? That sounds...um...

    Anyway.

If you want you can say something like,

    Mary Stevens
    and
    Chuck Henderson
    have chosen the first day
    of their new life together
as Saturday, the fourth of October
    two thousand fourteen
You are invited to share in their
    joy
    as they exchange marriage vows
at four o'clock in the afternoon
    Church by the Sea
    19 Riverside Drive
    Sand Key, Florida

That wording indicates that your parents are hosts.  That usually goes with contributing financially, but it's not the same thing, and parents can host the wedding even if they are not paying for it.  Nobody is going to analyze the wording to try to determine who is paying, and if people do mistakenly assume your parents are contributing it really doesn't affect anything.  So if you want to use the wording then use it.  If not, then don't.
