Inviting Co-workers

My FH and I work in the same department at work. I'm trying to finalize our guest list, but, I'm not sure if we should invite our coworkers since we both work with them.  We work in a department of about 12 people.

Why shouldn't you invite them? If you both work with them then they are apart of both of your lives, and if you have an extra few spaces why not allow them to share that with you. Although with a department that small its kind of you invite them all or not at all.
