We have a big LSU fan here in the office.  As a joke, one of the guys bought her a Tebow poster and "signed" it : To Katherine, All my Gator Love, Tim Tebow. 
They then put it on her wall.  She about died when she came in and saw it.

And frankly, I think LVB is really irresponsible for jetting off to Chicago so shortly after their births.

H and I were discussing visiting Fargo one day (really random conversation), and I said "Oh, we would visit Fishy!"
He said, "I hope that's a person."

Some people, when I talk about them to H, I use their knot names, others I use their real names. I think FB is partially a factor in this.

I think it depends on how I feel like their name rolls off the tounge. Fishy is Fishy. Tiki is Tiki. You're your real name because I read your name as C Engle. KYKate is just Kate, Birdie is Birdie. Etc. I dont normally "talk" about you guys all the time, but he might be like "who is that?" and I'll say oh thats_____ or like if we're watching something on TV and it's where someone is I'm like "We should go visit _________!"
