INVITATION PRINTER in NYC

Hi - 

I am having my invitations custom designed by an illustrator friend, but I am going to find someone to print (possibly also assemble and address as well).

Does anyone know of any good printers in NYC?

I designed my own and had them printed at Kate's Paperie. 

I've also heard great things about Print Icon in Chelsea and Sesame Letterpress in Brooklyn. There's also tons of letterpress vendors on Etsy, but I don't know much about them.
