Dude.  I found myself a seafood restaurant that makes poboys.  Cod, oyster or shrimp.  It's in a little town about an hour from my house, but we're going to go and soon! 

Just wanted to share.  I am so excited.  It probably won't be authentic, but I don't care.

Yay! It's not hard to make an authentic poboy. All you really need is French bread, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I hope it's good!

I told MIke about this restaurant and how I wanted a poboy and he goes "I've always wanted to try one!" 

Dammit, why didn't you think of this sooner.  I wish I had known about these before I went to the coast in April.  I bet I could have found one there
