Birdie , I've heard that losing weight is 80-85% diet and 15-20% exercise.  So cutting out alcohol was probably a pretty good idea.  But that doesn't sound easy or fun.

I just watched 16 and preg. It was the most intense I've ever seen. It kinda scared me. The dude went pyscho on her!

The fact that I love carbs may have something to do with it.  There is nothing better in life than fresh made bread.

When I bartended I used to make a caramel apple martini.  It had vodka, sour apple pucker, and sour mix.  And I would swirl caramel in the glass.  So I'm thinking apple juice and vodka would taste kind of like an appletini but not as fancy.

Yup.  If I were on death row right now and had to pick a last meal, I would much rather have a really thick slice of dense bread with real butter than a steak.

I want a puppy.  H says no. He sucks.  He won't even let me keep the cat I rescued from certain death outside.  Did I mention he sucks?

Last meal for me:  homemade mac & cheese, baked potato with butter, cheese and sour cream, a fresh load of herb bread.  done and done.  fry me.

Yes!  she gets her stitches out on Saturday, then she is going to one of the girls I work with.  There are 2 interested, so I'm not sure which one is taking her yet.  She's so sweet.

Birdie - it's the cat (Word) I had been feeding outside since last summer.  A few weeks ago, I was sitting on my front steps and she walked right up to me.  I took her to the vet, got her spayed and now she is going to go to a new home.  But I want to keep her, H says no.  It's in the prenup no more cats.

Can I just say that i'm a little embarrassed that my H is waaayyy more into the Royal Wedding than I am?  Like, I couldn't care less about it, and he will watch anything on TV about it.

Aw poor FI. He went to bed early sick. He feels horrible. Our weather radio in the bedroom just went off and scared him out of bed. I ended up unplugging it, so LVB if you're still on you'll need to call me if we have a tornado warning.
