It has been asked over and over and I can't figure out who I should tip. Here are my thoughts, let me know what proper etiquette is:
Venue - Maitre'd and bridal attendant (other tip included in per head cost)
DJ - he is the company owner, no tip?
Photog - she is the owner, no tip? She is bringing an assistant, tip?
Video - he is the owner, no tip? He is bringing an assistant, tip?
Limo - shuttles and limo - tip included in price, but tip $20 bucks to limo driver, or more?
Florist - she is the owner, no tip?
ANY HELP. I am getting married in 5 days...yay!
