I have two questions....
1. Does the bride pay for everything for the bridal party? Meaning...do I pay to get their hair and make-up done, for their dresses and shoes, etc?
2. If my dad walks me down the aisle, once we get to the altar can he just give me a kiss on the cheek, then take his seat and the pastor begins? Or, does he have to stand there for the greeting and the "who gives this bride away" part? I would prefer to not include the "giving away" in my ceremony, but I know my father would love to walk me down the aisle.
