Let me start by saying, I love our landlord. He has been so incredibly understanding about all the house drama and has been really great, especially considering our lease ran out in November.
So now that we have a closing date he's going to start showing the property to potential new renters.
How on earth am I going to make this place show worthy when half of our stuff is in boxes and various stages of packing?

I'm sure most potential tenants will be ok with boxes- as long as the house isn't dirty it should be fine. I know I've looked at places that were half-packed before (although that said, there's a rental shortage here and as such you can't afford to be too fussy).
