Easter Plans/cooking?

Whatcha doing tomorrow? We don't celebrate Easter for Jesus but I do love it because it is also bunny day! I tried to talk the H into letting me get another rabbit, no go:(

Oh well, the one I have will have to do.

Anyway talk to me about your plans.

Re: Easter Plans/cooking?

  • well we're going to dinner at nick's parents, I should get off my butt and get ready,  but craigslist is too entertaining.

tomorrow we're eating with my family.

  • We're going to church, then over to Rick's brother's house. We're having pork chops, rolls, asparagus, and pistachio fluff salad.
  • I'm actually not sure. My mom or grandmother usually cooks, but neither one has said anything about it. And now I've got this TTD session tomorrow, so I'll be attending early service at church, but I doubt I'll make any lunch they decide to cook. I kinda feel bad about it, but I feel like it's too late to cancel the TTD session. :(

  • We're going out to dinner with sil/mil/niece-in-law to the inn where we had our rehearsal dinner, then swinging by our house so they can see the outside of it (don't have a realtor code to get inside).

I'm also doing a happy dance because I just scored a 3 month old washer/dryer set for $40.

I almost completely forgot it as Easter!  I don't celebrate for Jesus either, but I love bunnies and candy.  And since my husband was raised Jehovah Witness he doesn't celebrate Easter.  It is crazy how I don't *really* care about holidays.  My family never made them a huge deal anyways.  I will always love putting up my Christmas tree though.

Me and my daughter just do our own little celebrations or dinners, and we make my husband join in.
