    fishy - not to get all preachy and stuff but you should totally get a skin cancer evaluation.  FI's grandmother died from skin cancer so he rides my white ass about sunscreen and yearly derm checks.

    If you came on the boat like that myself and everyone my crewmates would be handing you our stash of 70 sunblock (yes that is what we all wear).   Really we would be doing the 're-apply your sunblock' message while staring at you.   That is just not healthy.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    And I do a derm screen every year. I've been good. My super white doesn't go in the sun husband? he's the one who has the problems.

    I burn like that too, and I wear 50+ SPF. I think it's just my pasty-ass skin that hates the sun. Plus, I realized on my honeymoon that my BCPs say "avoid sunlight and tanning beds" on the package. :o/

    I'm not sure, but it doesn't. Swear. the night of it's all red and looks painful, and by morning all is well. And it doesn't peel.

    Unfortunately, all of the pictures we take are at night when it comes out the reddest.
