I am not excited either.  Not like the Mets were going for him, but I'm never excited when anyone good goes to the Phillies.

My Facebook is buzzing this morning with excitement.  Cliff wanted to come back - he loved Philly.  Anyone who loves this city belongs here.


EDIT: and I'm not sure what you're talking about, tldh.  Yankees fans heckled her, spilled beer on her and spit on her.  But I hadn't heard of a Phillies incident.  I could be wrong, of course.

As a Sox fan, I'm just excited that he's NOT going to the Yankees!

As a fantasy owner, I'm glad he went some place that knows how to win!

As a Rangers fan, I'm just glad it's over.  And yeah, glad it wasn't the Yankees.

Glad I'm not alone =]  FI is all bummed since he is a Yankees fan (I know, I know) but I've been bouncing off the walls since ESPN updated their sidebar on Sports Center to say that Yankees AND Rangers were out of the running for Lee.  We were stupid to give him up in the first place, and we should be thanking our lucky stars that he came back after that trade to Seattle completely blindsided him (I certainly am!)

I'm on the hate-the-Yankees train, but I could care less otherwise. I'm a Pirates fan. But I am superexcited that Spring Training is only a couple of months away!  And as soon as Christmas is over, my dad & I will get our season tickets!

I'm excited   It must mean something that he's willing to give up the other bigger deals to come play in Philly again.  The starting lineup is going to be unstoppable!

As a Giants fan I am super pissed! But hey, the Phillies couldn't stop us without him and the Rangers couldn't stop us with him, so hopefully we'll be ok and we'll win it all again in 2011.
