I would just leave it alone. Maybe something somewhere has changed between now and then and she can't do it anymore. Since she doesn't have to throw you a party, I just wouldn't bring it up again. It kinda stinks that she sort of got your hopes up about a party and now isn't going to plan one (if in fact she is not), but again, leave it alone.

Or, maybe she thinks that two months is still plenty of time and doesn't think she needs to put anything together now? Either way I still wouldn't say anything.

I'm going to guess what this is about.

None of my bridesmaids have planned anything for me for various reasons. It is kind of a bummer, but if you really want a shower, I personally don't think it's a big deal if your mom plans it.

Based on the summary above, I'd let it go OP esp if MOH blatantly ignored that part of your email.  Sorry she dropped the ball.
