poem for gift of camera

We are gifting a video camera to my best friends for their wedding so they can document parts of their day as they wish.  Im trying to think of a cute little poem to accompany the camera so they know its their gift and that we hope they use it today, of course, only if they wish.  but they are pretty into that and are confident they will be thrilled.

Why not just add a note that says "We hope you can use this on your wedding day!" or something like that?  Cute little poems are, well, stupid.  In my opinion.

Skip the poem and just write a heartfelt note about how you hope they get to use it to capture the special moments on their wedding day.

I agree with the PP, cute little poems are stupid. Just write a heart felt note, they'l be able to figure it out without a poem.

OP- I agree, writing out little poems for things reminds me of the fifth grade. I think a heartfelt note explaining that you want them to enjoy it would be much sweeter, and something they will remember.
