Has anyone used Charisma Ballroom in Kew Gardens Hill, NY

I was looking at Charisma Ballroom for my reception. Before i go to view the facility I want to get an idea of what other people think. I googled the venue and have s mix of few reviews. Anything you knowwill be very helpful.

    I went to a wedding a few years ago at Charisma Ballroom. I think the venue looks run down and old and the parking is horrible! The bar was a cash bar but the food was good. I really think the bride had her food catered elsewhere because it was buffet style and was west indian and southern food. I personally wouldn't have my reception there in a million yearsThe bride's name was also Charisma and I am convinced she had her reception there due to that. I'm sorry but I wanted to give you an honest opinion!
