    Done, and it's also on the evite. And be forewarned that if you call for directions I will immediately hand you over to Mr Panda cause I'm a GPS girl.

    haha I have a GPS and MapQuest directions so I think we'll be ok, but I like to be prepared :)  Especially since I think our GPS is a bit challenged.

    Yeah, that's what I was worried about so I did MapQuest as a backup!  And your phone number is the back up for my back up.  And standing in the middle of DC screaming "MANDAAAAA" is the back up to my back up for my back up.

    Try to at least make it to Alexandria- I might not hear you all the way in DC. Seriously though, are you taking 495? If you make it to at least route 1 or Telegraph Road you're golden.

    Hmm...let me consult my directions...they do say to take I-495 Local S/Capital Beltway/I-495 Innerloop W.

    Looking at these directions, I really like how MapQuest now includes little notes like "If you reach Center Dr, you've gone 0.1 miles too far" or "Peninsula Dr is 0.1 miles past Lums Rd"

    Should say either to get off at route 1 toward Ft. Belvoir or Telegraph road. You can quite literally see 495 from my house, so if you make it as far as VA you're doing GREAT!

    Lots of construction on Telegraph road, so just follow the signs toward Huntington Avenue. It'll be a right turn onto Huntington, no matter what your directions say. RIGHT TURN.

    Wow,  I just checked and the directions DO say a left turn onto Huntington Ave.  Good thing you mentioned that :)

    Yay!  H is hopefully going the store for me today to get my stuff for the pumpkin pie.  Whether or not I'll be able to turn those ingredients into something edible is another story :)
