NWR: How much to tip pizza delivery guy?

Quick, we just ordered pizza from Domino's for our "date night".  How much should we tip the driver?  I figured $3-4, which is what I'd end up tipping at a bar for drinks.  (We ordered two pizzas, which came to $18.00 before tax and delivery charge).  TIA.

    The last time I ordered pizza was New Years day. Im pretty sure he got a $15 tip because I was too hungover to tell the bills apart.
    The place we order from is two minutes from our house.

    Yeah, life's real tough for me.  I have a real hard time figuring things out on the day to day.

    FTR, yes I eat out, yes I tip 15-20%, figured it was the same for pizza delivery but hey, didn't want to be cheap if for some reason people tip more.
