Or anything else you just want to complain about. Mine has happened 3 times in just the first hour of work today.
I answer the work phone and say "Hello, (name of company), DNB speaking." And the first thing people say is "Hi, is this (name of company)?"
Ummm, WTH did I just answer the phone saying? After that I find myself being very rude and annoyed with them while on the phone because they clearly can't listen.
