Why did you not call your parents and brother to say goodbye? I know that we saw them over the weekend, and you said goodbye in person, but dude. Pick up the damn phone. They called me today asking for you, and it made me sad to have to tell them you had already left. I really hope you get my e-mail during your layover and call them then. These things are important, stop being such a boy.

Dear everyone at my office,
There are hundreds of you. Would it be possible for you NOT to all have crises that need me help on the same exact day? And if that's not possible, could we maybe change the day to any day but today? Today's no good for me. I can barely keep my eyes open, much less try to sound knowledgable and friendly while solving your problem.
