We REALLY SHOULD! it would amount to 1000 emails a day most likely, with all of our free time. I went to the gym for ages today and it was so sad, there was this insanely skinny chick who clearly hates her legs working out - she ran for half an hour (in long sleeves and sweat pants), then hopped on the stair climber on the highest resistance ive ever seen someone use it on, and then spent nearly an hour doing lower body weights and looked like she was so miserable... and I never saw her take a drink once. It was so sad.

There is someone at my gym, and older woman, who sits on the stepmill for over an hour, going super fast, and sometimes she just gets so tired she trips and slides off the bottom.  She gets right back on and keeps going.  Then she hits the treadmill.  I hadn't seen her in a few weeks, and I saw her today and she looked like she had lost 25 lbs since I saw her last.  And she was crazy thin then.  It makes me super sad and I want to give her a hug.

Thanks, Kati. I will definitely keep you posted. I think one of the hardest lessons that I've had to learn is that parents can be more effed up than we are sometimes. I called my mom earlier and I hated talking to her knowing that I had this secret. Ugh.

Nebb - I suck and I know I owe you an email too. Don't feel like a loser. I usually pounce on your (and J&K) emails mainly because I love you so damn much. I've just been in the middle of a shitstorm for the last week.

People like that always make me sad, I want to tell them how great they look but then ill look like the pervert checking them out at the gym. My old gym there was a woman who already looked emaciated that would go full tilt on the eliptical in a huge sweatshirt, fleece pants and a SCARF. Bizarre.

Then theres the people who have long hair and dont tie in back, they just get the side eye. Do you not plan to sweat at all so its pointless to tie your hair back? Why even come then?

We are supposed to get a light dusting tonight. I don't know why, because it will most likely cause the roads to suck, but I'm excited. I think I'm 7 years old.

Oooh. I bet that is cool. I actually loved being snowed it. It was fun and reminded me of college when we would have hurricane parties.
