Hi Ladies!

Are any of you renting photo booths? If so how much are you paying? Me and FI have been looking into it and think it would be a lot of fun to have at the wedding!

We're paying $1400, but that's high.  You can get a decent photobooth for around $1000 in the city.  The reason ours is a little more is because We Love Photobooths gives prints of all the photos on the spot, so your guests can take them home that night.  Most other photobooths, you have to wait for a few days or weeks until the photos are done.

There's nothing magic about photobooths, however -- if you want to pay someone to work the camera all night and make yourself a backdrop, you could save lots of money.

Premiere Digital in Staten Island, we paid 1250. I loved theirs because it's an actual photobooth instead of some I found that are basically 4 black curtains a camera and it looks like a vintage coney island photobooth. Like the previous post we also get our photos on the spot. The price includes the photobooth for 5 hours, an attendant, unlimited use, a CD with all the photos taken and a guest book made with copies of everyone's photos we get that at the end of the night

the pictures are sharp, the props are fun and the photobooth can be manned by him or by yourself(there is a remote).

We're going with Lumi8 Photobooth. We paid up front for 3 hours of service so got a 10% discount, so everything totalled $775. Very modern looking photobooth, unlimited on site photo printing, custom designed banner and props. My wedding hasn't happened yet but so far their customer service has been great. I've been spreading the word to everyone.
