I just wanted to pass along info regarding a great event-- Brides Against Breast Cancer--a bridal gown & accessories show at The Renaissance in Staten Island from 10/21/ to 10/23.

I purchased my Lazaro wedding gown & long mantilla veil from a Brides Against Breast Cancer show in NJ last year. (The gown was donated by the designer after being worn in a fashion show.) All of the proceeds go toward helping to provide an opportunity to breast cancer patients to have a dream or wish fulfilled and a special time of "making memories" with their families.
The event is organized by the Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation as part of their Pink Envelope Project.
So, if you need a dress, veil, headpiece, etc., this is a great place to look!
Or, for you MGs, you can always donate your dresses to this great cause!
