Does anyone know what the proceedure is to get permission for a Central Park wedding?
Do we need permits?

You don't need a permit if the party is under 20 people.  However I do recomend that you get one.  It is not expensive ($25 or $35) and you have more control over your location.  I am getting married Saturday in Central Park at the Ladies Pavillion with a total of 25 guests.  It is a very popular location so we got a permit.  You get them from the County Clerks Office and I believe you can also do it online.  Good luck!
